Carli and I just got back Monday from a few days backpacking on tribal grounds in Arizona. It was the most expensive backpacking trip I've ever been on. The tribe charges about $150 for two people to stay three days in tents. The area is beautiful but the trail is littered with trash and the camp is infested with stray dogs. Also, if you're not fit enough to hike in, you can fly in by helicopter and have your bags carried in by mule. All in all it was a good trip and provided some good views of unique country.
